Make Vibrant Visuals fully open and customizable for shaders

I would like to suggest a major improvement regarding Vibrant Visuals in Minecraft Bedrock. Vibrant Visuals is a great step forward visually, but currently it feels like a closed system. Many creators would love for it to become a fully open bridge for custom shaders, instead of a fixed visual preset.
