I would like to see a massive tree, hundreds of blocks tall, its branches extending at the height of the sky, with a leafy canopy. This tree would be a unique structure like a Woodlands mansion, and it would have a small opening at the base, and inside, a spiral staircase ascending into different levels and rooms with its own kind of enemies, like "Woodman", "Tree Golems", and maybe something like small flying leaves that attack you. Maybe even angry bees. The tree could have its own soundtrack, mantaining the melancholy of the general soundtrack, but maybe making it more "foresty and with a hint of battle". When reaching the level of the branches there would be rooms in a different disposition, like on the same level, in a row, sometimes ascending, etc, following the random display of natural branches. At the final room of each branch there could be a chest containing themed loot. As a final room, at the top of the trunk of the tree, there could be a big spherical room with a unique enemy, a "boss" with its own health bar such as a "Queen Bee", a "Wood Megagolem", a big praying mantis, or something. Killing it would reward the player with the "Honor of the Woods", a permanent ability that can be disabled if wanted, or an armor trimming, and its function would be that when worn, wood people and creatures inside the tree don't attack you. There could also be an enchantment related to leaves or something, that when equipped on boots, makes grass, flowers, etc. grow when walking
