Add moobloom

With the upcoming update, "The Cutest Update Yet," I think it would be a good idea to add the Moobloom, as it would be a cute mob for an update focused on cuteness. This would also help reduce the controversy surrounding mob voting. Furthermore, Mooblooms have dandelions on their backs, which ties in with a new flower: the golden dandelion.
