make the bodies of baby chickens their heads like striders

Striders are just a head and legs like them and they can turn their heads around rather than it being their body, so why can't the same be done for baby chickens?
if it is because of the wings, striders also got the additional string parts that turn around with their heads perfectly fine, and maybe just make them unable to move their heads while they're flapping their wings
