Parrot improvements

I think both more parrot variants and baby parrots would be great additions to the game as it would completely overhaul an underdeveloped mod. i also believe wing clipping could be an option for tamed parrots, and the kakapo would spawn wing clipped (like in parrots o' plenty). the baby parrot would fit right into the currently in development update. you should also breed parrots to get the baby parrot, which will also be flightless. the beak color of the baby parrot will change depending on the species, but its black here because all vanilla parrots have a black beak. speaking of, cockatiels should have a browner beaks and the scarlet macaw should have a white upper beak, and each parrot should not have crests besides the parrots that really have crests (cockatoos and cockatiels) . like in psittacine, you should be able to cage parrots but also place them, however the longer you cage parrots the more agressive the parrot will be but this depends on the cage size. finally, each parrot should have a unique size based on its species (for example budgies are small, ringnecks are medium, hyacinth macaws are large). i however believe most of this should be added into its own snapshot, besides the baby parrots.
