update 1.21.11 colorblind issue

Java edition. I am colorblind. The server I play on has updated to 1.21.11. the last couple of updates, something has changed the environment colors. Everything seems washed out/muted. As of 1.21.11 when i go mining, with little light, you can't tell what block you are looking at. Before 1.21.11 you can clearly see each and every block. 
If I were playing Bedrock edition, I believe the issue is the Vibrate Visuals update. On Bedrock edition you can turn it off. But I cant find anything for Java.
