Golden Dandelion Rework

Make the way to obtain the golden dandelion be the sniffer, so that the sniffer has a better use

    The only reason I can think of not to do this is that certain challenge worlds (like supper flat) wouldn't be able to get it if the crafting recipe was removed. Even then, it might be time to add sniffer eggs to the wandering trader's loot table.
