Fix dolphin AI so we can keep cute baby dolphins in our aquariums

Dolphin AI is pretty messed up and trying to keep dolphins alive is very hard and there is no way to keep them alive on an aquariun or pond. With the golden dandelion it would be so perfect if the AI was fixed so we can keep our cute baby dolphins alive if we want that (or the adults and have a mega aquarium)

  Yes, especially considering other mobs know how to not die it almost seems lazy that dolphins just go: 

  Uh yes I'm just going to go jump over there,

  Uh, um, help I'm a bit stuck, why did I jump there

  And then go do all over again
