Move macOS to Metal or Vulkan before OpenGL is fully removed

Hey, just wanted to bring this up because it's going to be a massive issue soon. macOS has been moving away from OpenGL for a while, and it looks like it could be fully removed in the next few updates.

Right now Minecraft still runs on it, but once Apple pulls the plug, the game is going to be unplayable on Mac. We really need a move to Metal or Vulkan to stay ahead of this. Metal would be awesome since it's native for Apple Silicon, but even Vulkan would keep us in the game.

It would be great to see this added soon so we aren't left with a broken game when the next macOS version drops.
