Redstone in Bedrock often takes up far more space than the feature it provides, which discourages many players from using it at all. For the average Bedrock player—especially on console—needing multiple hidden floors or bulky contraptions just to add a door, light system, or elevator is frustrating and breaks immersion. Introducing optional compact logic blocks (such as simple controllers for toggles, timers, or signal routing) would not replace existing redstone, but would make basic automation accessible, cleaner, and more practical in normal builds. This would help casual players, builders, and survival worlds enjoy redstone without needing large technical builds, while still preserving advanced redstone for players who want it.
