Skeleton horse upgrade

Make it so i can put the elytra on my skeleton horse so he can fly. No chest or saddle, or armor, he should be light enough, that would bring bigger purpose to the mob, and have a new form of transportation that is viable. Just a faster version of the ghast and a 1 seater.
