Beacon should effect Mounts and Pets

With Mounts of Mayhem, Tricky Trials, and Spring to Life in the recent past, plus the new baby animal shapes coming in, players have more reason than ever to protect their furry friends. If the player has gone to the effort of protecting their land with a beacon, that protection should extend to the animals that player cares about. Whether this applies to all passive mobs, all tamed mobs, all holding/wearing an item, or all name tagged mobs, a well-prepared player should be able to ride into battle against a wither safe without consigning their beloved steed to a guaranteed gruesome death.
