Bedrock Voice Chat by Alaydriem

Alaydriem has recently made a proximity voice chat for Bedrock Edition similar to Simple Voice Chat in Java Edition.
There should be support for this by:
- Making it so it doesn't disable achievements.
- Make it compatible on Realms or Singleplayer servers
