NEW Enchantments and Mobs

Good day, I would like to add a few things in Minecraft. Firstly, it would be nice to improve overall PvP and survivability chance by adding life steal items that you can put on your equipments. I would like to call it "Blood slash" but the devs can change it. It will depend on the item that's being used (for example, a netherite sword can deal 3 hearts of life steal per 10-15 hits). The cheaper the item is, the lesser of the life steal. A counter to that is an enchantment that reduces the life steal. I would like to call it "Firm Flesh" the performance depends on the level (l, ll, lll). lll is the maximum. It only reduces it, not completely making it effectless. For the mob, it can be found on the Pale garden. I would like to call it GAZE. Almost the same as the creeking only the difference is that this is a skeleton with a sword that has life steal.
