The ice spike biome looks amazing, but that is about it. There should be a castle added, wide and tall and made of ice, snow, some diamond blocks,and blue wool. Spikey just like the spikes. Some of those spikes are actually lookout towers with a chest in them(defended, of course). Other spikes in the biome could be towers as well.
The castle is defended by the ice warden (not as big or powerful as the regular warden, but has ice breath which makes you cold), ice skeletons, and other mobs (listed below). Polar bears and cubs are trapped in cages, which get released when a wire is tripped. A special banner pattern and ice template can be found in the castle.
Other mobs could include 1. snow creepers, which instead of breaking blocks on exploding, drops a bunch of snow. The closer you are, the colder you get. And 2. Snow leopards. When attacked, they, like wolves, swarm you. You can't tame them, though. And 3. Ice breezes.
