Fix "Attribute Swapping" (Features ideas that can be added in it's place)

"Attribute Swapping" has been a bug in the game for a while now and many PVP players have abused this to pull off admittedly cool looking but ultimately unfair/broken moves. including Combining the breach enchant of a mace and the attack of a sword, using the axe to down an opponents shield and kill them with a mace all in under a second and more.

However I would also like to propose 2 features that I believe would make great alternatives.

1. Maces should do extra durability damage to shields when used high up. (Like 5-8 shotting an unbreaking 3 shield.)

2. Spears that are charging fast enough should "down" shields like axes do.

    spears downing shields would be op so i think it souldn't be able to down AND hit a player at the same time

    Attribute swap is easy to learn and hard to master , it is the perfect thing

    Also this change caused more then fucking attribute swapping , fast anchors , insta carts all that stuff is gone

    Attribute swapping is a skill. Otherwise fights would last way too long.
