Suggestion: Brown Bear mob (ecosystem-focused wildlife) I would like to suggest adding a Brown Bear mob to Minecraft as a natural counterpart to the Polar Bear. The brown bear would be a mostly neutral wildlife mob, designed to make forests, taiga and mountainous biomes feel more alive and believable, rather than adding combat difficulty. Behavior: - Neutral by default - Becomes aggressive only when it has cubs nearby - Otherwise avoids conflict and may retreat if disturbed Environmental interaction: - Attracted to beehives and honey, but does not destroy bees or hives - If it can reach a hive, it may steal a limited amount of honeycomb, then leave - If it cannot reach the hive, it tries briefly and gives up Additional details: - Can eat berries and fish, reflecting its omnivorous nature - Immune to sweet berry bush damage (similar to foxes) - Eating animations could reuse or adapt the panda eating animation - When startled by sudden player movement, it may flee and occasionally drop the item it was eating (not guaranteed) This design focuses on non-destructive, atmospheric wildlife, encouraging environmental storytelling and fitting well into updates that emphasize a more peaceful, living world.
