Adding a mob for the Pale Forest biome called the "Pale Raider"

"Pale Raider (Vindicator)" is a new neutral mob for the Pale Forest biome. Visual design: this mob looks like a regular raider (vindicator) that is slightly overgrown with pale vines. It only attacks the player if the player breaks the Creaking Heart in front of it, or if the player attacks it. Similar to Zombified Piglins or Wolves, if one Pale Raider is attacked, all nearby Pale Raiders will become aggressive. Regular raiders are afraid of Pale Raiders. They spawn with an iron axe with a 100% chance. The Pale Raider has exactly the same characteristics as a regular raider. The Pale Raider spawns quite rarely at any time of day. It drops an iron axe with the same chance as a regular raider, and it can also drop a unique item that the player cannot craft — the "Pale Iron Axe".
