MAKE IT EASER TO DO ITEM HOLDING EXECUTE COMMAND'S

Mojang I must inform you it takes me 2 hours or so to figure out execute at (someone)[inventory or something like that],item=stick,slot1 or held which that especially should be dealt with please consider this and everyone pls WE NEED THIS VOTED SO WE CAN MAKE SERVERS EASIER
