Better Realms

I want to see a better realms experience where the access to 24/7 realms is real and we dont experience in some cases multiple 24+hr outages for realms across all platforms. I would also love for that to come with actual transparency from microsoft or mojang when outages happen we can be informed on etas or causes and kept up to date on when things will be back up. Its almost criminal that the number 1 most sold game goes radio silent when those who pay montly subscriptions for realms cant acess realms. On that note because of this common problem i also suggest realms should be dropped to $5 a month or realms owners should be refunded for the month when the service is down for more then 24hrs in that month.
