Fix bedrock particle command, and other subsidiaries.

Hello Mojang, there is an issue with the particle commands on Bedrock. Whenever you try to choose a particle, in many cases, it just doesn't appear or work. This is an issue, as many players like to add "trails" to their maps that follow the player, and this severely limits the possibilities for features like this.
