A setting to turn off/lessen vibrant visuals

There needs to be a setting to turn off or lower the effects of vibrant visuals. As someone with a vision deficiency I went from being able to play the game no matter if it was day, night, raining or clear skies. However now I'm only able to play when its day and not raining; meaning I have to sleep more often or have to just wait for the rain/night to pass. I think the vibrant visuals are very pretty sometime! But I've been playing less do to not being able to see whenever it simply rains. So please make it a a

    Turn off Vibrant visuals in settings, Scrolling down and selecting video tab on the left, and then taping on "Vibrant Visuals" in the top right. You can change the graphics to "fast" or "fancy," (both involve more simple rendering, basic lighting, and no high dynamic range, all easier on the eyes. Alternatively you can also select "adjust gamma" under the vibrant visuals button to make the game brighter/darker higher/lower contrast, may also be much easier on the eyes.
