Support for encrypted ZIP archives

Resource Packs and datapacks can be distributed as ZIP archives, which is an amazing feature. There are however some people who want to protect their work with a password, including Minecraft resources. I would like to get support for ZipCrypto and AES encrypted ZIP-archives for resource packs and datapacks. This could be implemented with a password prompt that shows up when an encrypted ZIP file is loaded. On the client side, this could be a graphical password input box, and on the server side (for datapacks), this could be a message in the console prompting the server administrator to unlock the file.
