I think Minecraft mobs could be way cooler and more alive. Right now, only Zombies attack Villagers, but I think Skeletons, Creepers, and even Endermen could do it too. Skeletons could shoot at Villagers, Creepers could blow up houses, and Endermen could get mad if a village is being attacked. It would make villages feel more dangerous and alive.
Also, mobs should be smarter in fights. For example, Skeletons could move around (In bedrock!) and not just stand still, Zombies could try to surround you, and mobs could trick the player sometimes. It would make fights more fun without just giving them more health or damage.
Another idea is that mobs that pick up items should actually use them. If a Zombie gets a shield, it could block attacks. Skeletons could hold shields too. It would make combat more interesting because you can’t just spam attack anymore.
Finally, I think mobs could have more random looks. Zombies and Skeletons could wear different clothes, Villagers could have more skin colors, and Iron Golems could look different depending on the village. It would make every world feel unique.
This could be optional for normal players or part of a harder mode. I just think it would make Minecraft feel more alive and fun.
