Add stats to bedrock (specifically for consoles and mobile.) 1.26 UPDATE

Players that play on console can’t see all of the stats that Java players can when playing in a world. It would be nice to have the same ability to see stats in worlds as Java players. For example, Java players can see how many of each block they have broken, how many times they have died or not died, and how long they have played in a world. Bedrock players, specifically those on console and mobile cannot see or track those things without counting it themselves (which I don’t know about you but seems kind of ridiculous to have to do).
