The village raids are too basic. Once you get good at killing pillagers and ravagers, it's too easy to win. That's fine for Minecraft novices, but a new boss could be a welcome challenge for seasoned players. If someone gets a bad omen status of 3 or higher, a new mob, the Decimator, should spawn in the final wave, and you must beat it to complete the raid. This new mob resembles a giant grey-blue elephant, with 2 tusks that have grey spikes on them and 2 large spikes on its cheeks, a green howdah on its back, and pupilless white eyes. It can destroy any wooden object and any plant, along with dirt blocks, powdered snow, snow blocks, ice blocks and cobblestone, allowing it to decimate any village or igloo it finds. In the howdah there are two pillagers and an evoker. The pillagers fire at any players that pass by while the evoker controls the creature. It will start out with 200 health and knocking that down to 100 will cause the evoker to raise its arms and trigger Decimators' fury. The grey spikes on the tusks will burst into green flame and its eyes will turn green. Get hit by them and you will find yourself poisoned and on fire. If defeated it will drop emeralds, potions of poison, a totem of undying from the evoker, and lots of xp. The decimator cannot be ridden or tamed by a player, is hostile to villagers, baby villagers, iron and copper golems, cats and players, and has no spawn egg in creative mode. It can only spawn at the end of a high-leveled raid.
