Permanent party groups&custom party naming for bedrock edition

Please change the party system so it has these features Persistence: Instead of a party disappearing when the host leaves, the group remains a saved group. Members can jump back into a shared session easily without needing a new invite every time. Naming: Allow the party creator to name the group . This name would appear in the social menu for all members. Management: A simple UI within the "Friends" tab to manage active permanent parties, allowing users to leave or join based on the group's settings.
