Zombie QoL for both java and bedrock

We have zombie leader for java and for bedrock we have baby zombie riding a zombie, I think that should be on both versions with some changes.
I gonna explain here:
Zombie leaders can have the double hp of a zombie and spawns with up to 4 more zombies depending of the game difficult and has better equipament than the others zombies.

Baby zombie on a zombie dont need that change for being on both I think just they cant wear weapons but I self dont know if they actually can.
