Rascal like mob

My idea is for a mob that is similar to the rascal in the fact that it would be about 1 meter tall, carries a bundle on it's back and wears a cloak and hood. My idea for this mob is that they can carry 64 items in their bundle like a player uses the bundle and possibly can hold and use one other item. I personally love the challenge of strong/annoying mobs like the Creeper or the original Enderman, this mob could open chests and be able to steal or pick up items but prefer rare items. I think it would be adorable if this mob either could only spawn and operate at night and either gets sleepy or just goes into their own bundle in the day or sunlight. It would also be interesting if this mob could physically put itself into chests as an item and sleep in them at day and come out at night. They could have their own structures which would be some sort of hideout, with their loot that they bring. These mobs could also be associated with the pillagers and help them raid villages by stealing from their chests. I don't exactly love the model and texture of the rascal but think that it's glowing eyes should only be visible under it's hood, but in a cute way. one proposed name could be the Bundle bandit. My only problem with this idea (this is my first time submitting one) is that the bundle bandit's drops, purpose, and implementation could be tweaked. If you've read this far thank you.
