Mobs should have block preferences

Pigs should prefer to hang out around mud blocks and have a unique animation or rolling around on them. Parrots should prefer to perch on top of fences and leaf blocks, I notice a lot of times they just hang out on grass blocks rather than tree tops. Polar bears should prefer to hang out on ice blocks and in water (new swimming animations for them)
