Herobrine in the April Fools' Day update for Minecraft would be a great addition, especially if he's disguised with other additions from the update.
Appearances:
Herobrine would randomly appear in the background, watching the player. He would despawn when the player looks at him, emitting a sound (such as: cave1.ogg). There would also be a chance for him to create a horizontal hole in a mountain or hill illuminated by redstone torches. If the player enters these holes and then turns around to face the exit, Herobrine would appear, attacking the player and dealing 3 damage, as well as inflicting dizziness and blindness for 5 seconds. Additionally, a book would be found in the chest of the ruined Nether portal structure. The book depicts a square made of 9 gold blocks, a netherrack block with fire, and four redstone torches in the corners of the square.
If the player builds the structure:
If the player builds the aforementioned structure, a beam will spawn and Herobrine will appear, attacking the player and summoning hostile and peaceful mobs (which also attack) with white eyes. It's a simple battle, with Herobrine acting as a mini-boss to defeat. If the player defeats him, Herobrine will stop spawning and the player will be rewarded with an achievement called "His Soul Finally Rests" and 20 redstone torches. If the player fails, the entity will despawn, the structure will be destroyed, and Herobrine will return to his normal state.
