Swiftness Saddle

Now that we have craftable saddles, the horse is way more viable of a travel method in Minecraft.  However, horses are ultimately a little slow, and the craftable saddles ruins certain loot tables.  Enter, the Swiftness Saddle.  A Saddle enchanted with swiftess (I-III) that can only be found in loot tables.  Cannot be enchanted yourself or anything.  This way, loot tables are given a unique functionality, and horses benifit too!
