Villager pathfinding

I have been playing Minecraft my whole life practically and ive noticed that the villagers the smartest mobs in the game cannot manage around larger houses. It's a very easy fix and they always get stuck and it gets very annoying when I have these nice villages and the villagers can't make their way around them.
