Birds-eye view for Parrots

Interacting with a parrot using a spy-glass could take the player into its perspective just to spectate the surrounding environment. If bats were to be tamable using a spy-glass, it would work the same way with them aswell aside from it being blind in the light of day, having night vision, and being able to be manually positioned on ceiling.
