Here's some boss ideas I had
Diamond Golem- summoned the same way as an Iron Golem, except it's diamonds instead of iron, it has 300 HP, but is durable, it can pick up blocks and throw them at you, slam the ground, and hit you like an Iron Golem, dealing 20 dmg for it. When it's defeated, for a death animation, it's arms fall off, and the red in its eyes go out. It will drop 40 XP, and an enchantment that powers up diamond tools to super diamond tools, having double the damage and durability.
The Night terror- it's a phantom, but has limbs, a bit larger, is immune to poison damage, and doesn't burn in daylight. In the day it will shoot balls of fire from its mouth at you, can fly and swoop in for a quick attack, and can use its wings to poison you. At night it becomes stronger and summons phantoms for support. It has 500 HP and is summoned when not sleeping for the night after killing a swarm of phantoms. When defeated it will drop 40-60 XP, and will drop the potion of the night, drink it, it will have no particles, and phantoms wont spawn for a few nights.
Elder Guardian promotion- for this The Elder Guardian will become a boss, gain 2.5x the HP, and deal more damage, it would summon guardians to disorient the player, and it will effect you with mining fatigue (duh), and Damage fatigue, reducing your damage by 33%. When defeated it will drop what it currently drops, along with the horn of the sea. Blowing the horn of the sea will summon 2-4 guardians to fight for you.
