Rare Baby Villager Variant

Like the chance of a naturally spawning sheep to be Pink, there should be a small chance for a Baby Villager to spawn with a variant sprite that gives it a rainbow lollipop and propellor hat. I got the idea from the new snapshot with the respected baby mobs, and think this would be both cute and funny.
