Turn the Water Breathing potion into the Breathing potion

This Breathing potion would prevent suffocation along with allow you to breathe underwater. The splash potion variant can be used to save your dying nautilus when you can’t push it fast enough into the water.

    Alternatively, there could be a Potion of Suffocation, made by using a fermented spider eye on a Water Breathing Potion. When used, the person's breath meter automatically goes to zero. But if used on mobs that normally suffocate on land, it gives them breath
