Potion of Neoteny

With Baby Mobs receiving new unique models, I feel like the option to have permanent babies should be a thing. And I'd suggest adding a potion to that effect: The Potion of Neoteny. Just brew together Netherwart and a Golden Apple, and feed it to your new Baby Wolf, and Presto! Permanent Puppy.

Of course, such a potion would not have an effect on a Player. INstead you just right-click on a Baby Mob to use the potion, or you could create a Splash Potion or Lingering Potion to hit multiple baby mobs.

Alternatively, you could craft a Golden Apple and 8 cookies together to create 8 Baby Biscuits that have the same permanent baby effect. That would probably be more in line with Minecraft logic than making a potion that works differently from all other potions.
