Customizable Hotbar Location for Better Accessibility on Screens

There should be an option to change the location of the hotbar, and I think the image should be presented in a hotbar similar to the hotbar on the Xbox 360, because on larger screens the focal point is larger and the hotbar remains too low. I think this suggestion will give visual pleasure because looking down can be tiring and when I enlarge it from the GUI settings, it becomes very large, plus sign etc.
