Enrollment in hogwarts!

I WISH for a roll playing Harry Potter marketplace world where you enroll in hogwarts and incounter challenges on the way.  Where a player can be picked to be in any of the houses.  Where a player can visit hogsmeade, play quiting, and all sorts of things from the movie, and they roll play not as one of the characters, but there own wizard, make sure to have mobs and spells, and all the locations, please make this possible.
