I am Show as Offline for My friends even when I'm online

For the Past 6 updates I believe. I have been offline to my friends. Microsoft says I'm online. but I am show as offline in game. I am forced to invite my friends instead of them being able to join me with no problems.

I am very tired of this issue. I have been trying to fix it. but nothing works!
