The Bubbler

The Bubbler Is The Water Variant Of Blazes And Breezes. He Shoots Bubble Bombs At You And Drops Wet Rods. Wet Rods Can Be Crafted Into Water Charges. Water Charges Can Be Put Into Dispenser And Shot Out. Mojang Pls Add :)
