Day/Night Cycle Length Command.

There are already commands to pause the day and night cycle, though it could be just as usefull to change how long the day and night cycle lasts. Please make a command to change how long the day and night lasts. E.g: /set day_length [number of muinits and seconds] night length [number of muinits and seconds]
