Custom skins

Do you guys think there would be any way to make it so you can transfer custom skins that you make yourself (like on the skindex) to Minecraft Bedrock on console? Ive been looking and it seems there is no way to do it, and I just don't have money to spend on the marketplace. There is a feature like that on both Java and mobile versions just not console. There is a way but only through external sources that cost money and I'm not sure are trustworthy. Please make this a feature!
