Badgers, honey badgers and wolverines

I've been thinking recently that badgers would make an amazing addition to Minecraft 3 three variants. Grassland and forest would be the European badger, Taiga and snow would be the wolverine, and the savannah, dessert would be the honey badger. So the badgers would all be tamable and will follow you around and attack mobs similar to wolves. The great thing about badgers is that they also can find root vegetables (including carrots). This would be a great chance to also add some new vegetables to the farms. Turnips In the Taiga, carrots in the savannah/ desert, and yakon/tubas In the grasslands. It would be nice if the vegetables when coated in gold would give enhanced abilities when eaten. Jumping further/ reaching further when building for example.
