Re-run the Zombie Horse Cape Event

The zombie horse cape event was a neat idea but in practice it was way too short. I have missed out on cape events in the past but in each of those instances I was at least aware that the event was taking place and I chose not to participate. I did not know this event was taking place until days after it ended, and based on the feedback I’ve seen online this happened to many others. Partially due to the short window of time and also due to the fact that this time of year is very busy. I think re-running this event and making sure it’s well advertised, along with a progress bar to confirm the criteria is met, would be greatly appreciated by many players. Future cape events should get more press, videos on the official Minecraft youtube channel, even sending out emails.
