Fish improvement

We should be able to leash fish. Also after a few seconds fish should stop flopping and just lay there, which if you give water breathing can make it easier to transport. And just for laughs,, be able to feed pufferfish carrots and it will not poison you and follow you if you have carrots like a bouncy ball on land too if you giveit water breathing. And pufferfish should permanently inflate out of water.
