Minecraft Bedrock Worlds

I have Minecraft Bedrock on my Xbox Series X and I just got it on my new Laptop, I am signed into my Microsoft Account but none of my worlds are syncing from the Cloud. To my knowledge, I am not doing anything wrong on my end, so I believe that this problem rests in your capable hands. If this "not syncing" is a "feature", in my humble opinion, this feature needs to be reworked, I should be able to play all my worlds, no matter what device I'm playing on. It's annoying and it's time someone made a note of it. Thanks,
