Editor extruder tool not showing

In the bedrock editor, the main tools appear, but not the extruder tool. Currently, only the select, paint, pencil, paste, line, ruler, and layout tools are visible; the other tools are not. I have tried restarting the game multiple times, but the tools haven't appeared in days, and I can't get them back.
