Release Parched Hoodie in Marketplace

I completed the view time limit required for the Parched Hoodie reward for Twitch but I have not received my code for over 5 days now. I contacted Twitch support, they tell me to contact Minecraft support. I contact Minecraft support, they tell me to contact Twitch support. Please just put the parched hoodie on the marketplace.
